Recruitment.

We offer two key recruitment pathways:

Mass Recruitment

Ideal for companies establishing operations or scaling up. We provide access to a database of over 500 blue-collar candidates, relocation support, and ongoing staff management. This service is provided at no cost when personnel are placed through our payroll, ensuring a fast and efficient mobilisation process.

Headhunting

Targeted recruitment for mid to senior management and offshore expatriate roles. We offer flexible models, including contract-based hires, full payroll management, or success-based placement fees. All candidates are pre-screened through interviews and technical assessments.

 

Training.

We develop customised training programmes for selected staff based on their background and project requirements. Training matrices are built around client priorities, with costs managed through a modular pricing structure.
